No undercoat is necessary for the application of UNI - BLEND BITU-GREY. It can be applied over old painted surfaces without burning off or scrapping, provided the old surface is not in flacy condition or badly crocodiled. Prior to the application of UNI - BLEND BITU-GREY over bituminous felts loose dust is to be brushed off and the surfaces must be dry.
